- Select Application Areas: For optimal absorption, apply the oil under your armpits, on the soles of your feet, or in the abdominal area. For muscle recovery, target the affected muscles.
- Apply the Oil: Use 10-15 sprays per day, directly on the skin.
- Massage In: Rub the oil into the skin thoroughly.
- Allow Absorption: Let the oil absorb for 10 minutes. You may rinse off afterward if necessary. A slight tingling and warm sensation are normal, indicating that the magnesium is being absorbed.
