However, if you want to maximize the benefits of your magnesium flakes, we recommend a footbath. Using the same amount of flakes as you would in a full bath, a footbath creates a higher concentration of magnesium due to the smaller amount of water. This makes a footbath not only more effective but also more economical.

How to Use a Footbath:

  1. Prepare the footbath: Fill a basin with approximately four liters of water at 37°C.
  2. Add magnesium flakes: Dissolve 125 grams of flakes (about three handfuls) into the water.
  3. Soak your feet: Immerse your feet in the bath for about 20 minutes. The warmth and magnesium will help you relax and reduce stress.

Storage Advice:

Use the resealable packaging to store the remaining flakes, as the product is sensitive to moisture.
